What's included

A complete, working Loxone install, keys-on-the-door.

Every Westgate install includes supply & fit of all Loxone hardware below, programming, commissioning, customer handover, and a free 14-day post-install check-in.

Out of scope: construction of the garden room itself, 1st-fix wiring (assumed Loxone-ready), plastering / decorating, furniture, displays. We're happy to quote separately for any of these as a follow-on package.

From deposit to handover, week by week

Deposit cleared

30% deposit clears; kit ordered direct from Loxone; install dates booked.

W1–2

Pre-stage

Miniserver, Tree extensions and panels configured at our workshop. Cuts on-site time by ~30%.

First fix

Cable pull, panel install, DIN-rail consumer-side install. 40% stage payment due on completion.

W3–4

Commissioning

Programming, scene authoring, audio & AV bring-up, climate calibration, customer walk-through.

Sign-off & handover

Final 30% due. Handover pack: app login, scene cheatsheet, warranty card, service plan.

14-day check-in

Free post-install tune-up. Anything not behaving exactly the way you want, we adjust on the day.
