Access control · CCTV · Video doorbells · Alarms
Smart home security that doesn't need a monthly subscription.
Keyless entry, video doorbells, CCTV and alarm integration running locally on one system. No per-camera cloud fees, no separate app for every device, and it keeps working when the broadband doesn't.
The problem with most smart security isn't the hardware — it's that every part of it belongs to a different company. The doorbell is on one subscription, the cameras are on another, the alarm is on a third, and none of them know the others exist. So the doorbell rings while you're out, and nothing else in the house reacts.

01 · One system
The house reacts as a house
NFC fobs and PIN codes on the doors, a video doorbell at the gate, cameras where they are actually useful, and the alarm wired in — all reporting to the same Miniserver and the same app.
Ring the doorbell and the music pauses while the nearest panel shows the camera. When the last person leaves, the house arms itself, drops the heating and checks the windows are shut.
- Doorbell, cameras, alarm and access on one platform
- One app, not five that don't speak
- Arming tied to the house being empty
- Presence simulation while you are away

02 · Access control
Where this earns its keep
Time-limited PIN codes for a cleaner or a dog walker. A fob for each family member, so you know who came home and when. No key under the mat, and no rekeying the house when somebody loses a set.
For holiday lets it is transformative: guest codes that expire at checkout, issued without anyone driving over to hand keys across.
- A credential per person, revocable instantly
- Time-limited codes for contractors and cleaners
- No rekeying when a key goes missing
- Guest codes that expire on their own

03 · Local operation
It keeps working when the internet does not
If your broadband drops, the doors still unlock, the cameras still record and the alarm still arms. Footage is stored locally, so there is no per-camera cloud subscription attached to it.
Remote access is available if you want it, but it is a feature you switch on — not a dependency you are stuck with.
- Runs locally on the Miniserver
- Local recording, no per-camera cloud fee
- Doors and alarm unaffected by an outage
- Remote access optional, not required
Why it's worth doing properly
Smart Home Security & Access Control, done once and done right.
No per-camera cloud fees
Footage records locally. Most cloud CCTV runs £5–£15 per camera per month — over ten years that outweighs the hardware.
Codes you can revoke
Issue a PIN to a cleaner that only works Tuesdays 9–12. Revoke it from the app the moment you need to.
It reacts as one house
Doorbell pauses the music and shows the feed. Leaving arms the alarm, drops the heat and closes the blinds.
Works offline
Doors unlock, cameras record and alarms arm without an internet connection. Local control isn't a fallback, it's the default.
One app, not five
Doorbell, cameras, locks and alarm in a single interface — for every household member, free, permanently.
Presence simulation that convinces
Lights and blinds replay your genuine routine rather than switching on a crude timer at 7pm every night.

One Miniserver runs all of it. Most customers combine two or three of these rather than installing them as separate systems.
